I totally agree with you Captain RJ. Today, I won this on Ebay:

They go for $50.00 plus about $5.00 for shipping. I had seen this on the last couple of cruises we did and I wrote all of that down on a piece of paper. I think I had seen this on our '94 cruise, it was another agent's fam trip. Another nice memory.
sigpicI will never forget the lovely grand SS NORWAY.
    Past Cruises on her: August 22, 1992. June 4, 1994, April 7, 2002.
Nearly had our fourth cruise, it was set for November 7, 2003...
the boiler room disaster of May 4, 2003 took her out of service.
We ended up on the NORWEGIAN WIND, not the same as the SS NORWAY

That I agree with: I just wonder, where are these plates now?

That's one of those burning questions we may never get an answer to; unless someone finds them and reports it here or on any of the other message boards I go to. However, I did get my beautiful placque today. Interesting thing about it, it has on the back that it came from stateroom number P34. I checked and it was forward, port side; an outside stateroom. As soon as I feel better from this headache, I'll hang it up in my bedroom and post the photo here.
