Watching this thread, I realize I have posted very few pictures of my trip aboard MS Trollfjord in May 2011 though I enjoyed it very much.
I do like this ship; artworks, space, panorama lounge, deck promenade, friendly staff and crew and a great pastry chef.
Of course my favorite boat is Lofoten and never I will change my mind but in the future I guess I will have another voyage onboard Trollfjord.

Good to hear your positive ship choices Yves (there was a reason I depicted both Lofoten and Trollfjord as having arrived first in Bodø on HurtigruteMartin's birthday card! … - though Lofoten was "promoted" after Nordstjernen departed the fleet in my case!).
And good to see TF in the various ports, the lounge, the Espolin art, and of course your "puffin" cabin.
But just for an instant as I scrolled to the last photo, I thought it was Christmas!

Ohh yvneac. It is so great to see your photos from Trollfjord. You have a very good taste of choosing ships. While staying aboard Finnmarken these days, I almost regret I didn`t wait one more day to book Trollfjord-ticket instead of Finnmarken, Bur for one or another reason the ticket with Trollfjord was a bit more expensive. Don^t ask me why ? The stadd is the main reason that Trollfjord is my favourite. The chef you mentioned, called "Nisse" is well known as the funniest guy in the fleet. And the working-conditions aboard Trollfjord is known as the best in the fleet. Ans I almost got tears in my eyes when seeing Nordstjernen in your last picture.

Such a pleasurable colloction of "meetings", and now I really see ALL my favourite ships from your trip! Even an opportunity to add a mention of my increasing affection for Vesterålen as time goes by.
