I should be heading to my bed now.

Watching the live feed, I'm wondering if they break some kind of inofficial record for the most number of boats in the fjord at the same time? (dunno)

Wonder how they manage to keep that bow cam so very still...?
I mean..., it's just hanging there by soft wires, ain't it??
Must be some sort of gyro operated.

And look at the weather!!! This is PR for Norway and Hurtigruten worth more than we can imagine. I look forward to the evaluation of this tv production, and the bookings for next year with Hurtigruten.

I just got feedback on this picture at this events facebook-site. And they called this camera "BRADLEY-CAMERA"

                              This is truly fantastic!!!

I have never seen small boats around the ships before. They are even there in Trollfjorden.

If anyone ever wondered how Norwegians feel about their Hurtigruten, then they should see these pictures.

Does anyone know, do these scenes compare with Harald Jarl's 40th anniversary in June/July 2000 and her last voyage in October 2001?

I was onboard Harald Jarl a short distance on her last voyage. THAT was a big event. But not even CLOSE to this event. I have NEVER seen anything like this. This cam only be compared with what happened when our Majesty King Harald sailed along our coast the year he became our King.
