    A small tugboat "Hugin V" (owned by the company Skanska) in the inner harbor of Tromsø yesterday.
    This is used to tow the barges back and forth from dredging space to the unload space.

            Yesterday November 11th, the tug Fairplay 22 capsized in Hoek van Holland (The Netherlands)
            3 crew members are rescued, the engineer is found dead and the Captain is still not found.

                Have not read anything else than they were about to assist the "Stena Britannica" towards her berth at Stena Terminal in Hoek van Holland in very rough sea.
                This could well have been the result of a classic "tug drag-down", which we have seen many examples on over the years of tugging.

                Sadly we seem to have lost also the captain, so this fatal accident resulted in the tragic loss of two lives (Chief Engineer and Captain).

                Seen here just before sunset Friday night before departure from Hoek van Holland to Waalhaven where the ill-fated tug will be turned upright.
