I would have loved every minute of that cruise.... all and each day. But, I know it'll never ever happen. Great thinking and dreaming about it though.

"Black Watch" at the quay in Tromsø yesterday afternoon. It was mostly fog all day.
The fog eased a bit so I could take a picture before the fog settled over the ship again.

          Thank you very much,Mark
The fog was thick over Tromsø from thursday evening to very early on saturday morning.
It's actually rare to see here in Tromsø.

OMG - the image of Black Watch is almost out of this world - it's really wonderful, so spooky and yet so familiar. Well done on that one.

By the way, well done on the Marella Explorer too. This is a ship I'm quite familiar with, having seen here as a Chandris ship around the world (Caribbean and the US), under her former name.

It was my first thought.... and i could not resist!! She is really huge and has no more classic proportions. So she is almost looking like an enourmous appartment complex.

She is begging for new colour for her hull. But i guess she will have to wait until a two week stop in Singapur end of January. She will sail in Asia the whole next year. So we don't have to admire these rockets for a while.

Always nice with a comment from you Ralf, especially when I know you are not a fan of this type of cruise ship.

Impressive ships from all of you guys!

Some of these ships I have seen in far more exotic ports than in Norway, it's really cool to see that they are still sailing strong and that they come to our waters as well.

Those rockets on that Princess - turbines - are so fake and such a waste of weight and time. They have no use whatsoever - right?
