Looks like the 'Pacific Sun', until recently of P&O Cruises Australia, and originally Carnival's 'Jubilee'.

Pacific Sun was purchased by Triton International Investment Co Ltd mid 2012 and is now known as MS Henna. She is operated by HNA Tourism and Yacht Management Co., Ltd.

I think this is one of the MSC ships, the MSC's are regular guests in Geiranger.

I think you are very right, but I'm surprised to see a Chinese owned Cruise ship at Sembawang Shipyard for upgrading rather than in a Chinese yard.
Sembawang has a good track record for Cruise ship conversions and upgrading such vessels, but cannot compete on price with hungry Chinese yards.

Unreal photo from Geiranger there... unreal in the meaning "absolutely amazing" category. Great angle and fantastic shot!

Ocean Dream to cruise in Gulf of Thailand... is this the one ombugge pictured at Sembawang above?

But in this article, about the same new cruise, there is another ship pictured... (??)

Second link looks like the former Ocean Dream, the one which was supposed to become NCL's Seaward..:

I'm with Oistein on this one:

The back swept funnel and signal mast + the position of the communication domes are total match with Pacific Sun.

Cruise boats awaiting business off Ha Long Tourist Pier:

The nearest one is the Ha Binh 38, which was ours alone for the cruise to the near islands in the bay.

                          Heading out:

The morning rush with dozens of Cruise boats heading out on Halong Bay.

PS> This last one looks like Aalesund in the 1950s, when Finn Devold on "Sarsen" announced that the herring had arrived within reach.

Artania (the orginal "Royal Princess" of 1984), taken by me cruising out of Sydney Harbour, Australia on the evening of February 14, 2013. While she visited Sydney infrequently as Royal Princess, she has not been here in quite some time, and this was her maiden visit in her latest guise as Artania.
