"Cloudbreak" arrived at Tromsø yesterday afternoon and anchored in Tromsø strait.
"Cloudbreak" hoisted the anchor a few minutes before 08:00 this morning and headed for Ullsfjorden north of Tromso, likely to use the ship's helicopter to see the Lyngen Alps and surrounding areas.

More information and pictures from the ship on this link:https://www.yachtcharterfleet.com/lu...cloudbreak.htm

    Brilliant new shots.

Interesting details on that yellow work boat too... like the steps on the side near the bow, and at the back.

I agree, janihudi, the ships of today is so different from those we may remember from our childhood. X-bow, and overbuilt mooring decks, blue deck lights, and high-tech navigation bridges.

Today, I see my calendar states that it is April 18th 2019... and just to have something "new" to share to all of you, I found these photos in my files.

They were taken exactly two years ago, April 18th 2017 in .... Port of Trondheim (as you can see).

The vessel is Kvitbjørn of NorLines.

Thank you for sharing these variety of ships janihudi!

I wonder what that construction on the bow of Loch Rannoch houses?
