    I didn't know that the Norwegian Fishery Directorate had their own patrol boats. I was of the impression they chartered in boats as needed and when needed to keep an rye on things around the coast.
    This one was spotted abt. three weeks ago in Aalesund:




    They were joined by this smaller boat, before leaving port:

    But it is not only expensive toys for Millionaires and Billionaires to call at Aalesund Port. Here are some commercial vessels seen lately, many being regulars.

    Holmfoss are here on here regular trade to/from continental European ports / West and North Norwegian ports:


    Sveafjord is an old regular:


    Both seen arriving last night.

    Ro West is one of the new and sophisticated Live Fish Carriers that is owned and operated from Aalesund, but not seen very often:


    Fish Farm service boats are getting very common sights in town:
