I am quite busy at the moment, but let me tell you that this is a great puzzle and a good restart of this thread.
I was searching for cable cars and helicopters in harbours as well, but did not match anything up to now.
But the combination of these three must be unique! So i hope, some more members are motivated and try their luck!

Think it's Brest Yves. And I think it's currently broken?

Well done Ralf - I gave you too much information.
The tidal range is amazing, and normally when we visit Weston the sea is somewhere else. Our last trip in the late autumn actually coincided with a high tide, as seen in the photo, and the view was taken from the newly rebuilt pier: https://www.grandpier.co.uk/
Weston used to be a little run-down, but recently there has been a lot of investment, and it's getting a lot smarter and more attractive these days.
The point about distance from Bournemouth by sea was just that to get from the south coast to the west coast, you have to go an awfully long way west, and back around the Cornish peninsular.
Your turn!

Ralf's latest reminds me of Croatia near Split, but the building peaking out from the trees reminds me of something Italian....With best regards from Jan-Olav Storli
