Congratulations S! Love your new Ford.... nice color too.

And yes, I'm still advertising my 2011 Volvo V50 for sale... not many takers at all. One thing I have come to learn is that I really 5uck at selling cars!

Nope, never talked about taking over any Volvo. The Focus will be the family car, and I will continue to spot around in my old plumred Escort.
I never sell a car myself (don't have the interest nor the energy to do so), so I used the old (4 years) Focus as a down payment on the new one.

...i know you are a Ford guy, but didn't you shortly think about taking over the Captain's Volvo as reliable alternative??

WOW indeed... a brand new spottermobile!

Did you sell your old car through the dealer or are you advertising it for sale yourself?

Purchased a brand new 2012 model Ford Focus station wagon 1,6 liter TDCi Eco Sport (wow....) today. With only 35 km on the meter, and the smell of new car, I had a great drive home from the dealer.
Now, let me show you how a Focus out of focus looks like:

I like that "it's not impossible - just a long ride"-attitude. I bet you had a great summer at work?!

You will get less bored, as soon as you're allowed to use some more power.
Nice pictures, brings back the idea to take my motorcycle for the next trip to Norway.

It is a whole lot of fun! But drive for two and a half hour with no other sounds than the engine of your ride, and I think you'll be a little bored. I ended up talking with myself for the last half hour on the first drive north. When I went home I had a headset in my helmet , which made the trip shorter

Some more pictures, onboard the ferry "Karlsøy"

As some of you probably already know, I got a job onboard the ferry "Helgøy" this summer, which led to about 134 km. of driving, one way. Since I did bring my bike onboard the "Polarlys" the last time I went to Botnhamn(Which is where the ferry spends the nights), I reduced the distance to about 80 km. In total, I've driven about 470 kilometers going to Botnhamn and back home again. I had a pretty big bag strapped on the back of my Honda, and my Tripod underneath my bag. I did have a backpack to, for easy access to my camera, oil, extra straps and watertight clothes in case of rain. This picture is from Stonglandseidet on Senja on my last trip back home. (And Yes, I did put my bag in a huge black plastic bag in case of rain )
