    Congratulations.
I assume that it has, like janihudis truck, a built in tripod-mount?

Not a bad ride at all.... many miles of happy touring my friend!

    Has it got a name...?

I normally name my cars after the (sales-) person who sold me the car.

Thanks for wanting me to get well, folks!
I'm getting there...., and I hope it all will be ok tomorrow, because then I'm going to Kristiansand for a week

Anyway, as promised, here's my new 'spottermobile'...., in fact a model 2011, despite me telling you 2010 earlier:

Toyota is a well known brand i Norway - and extremely reliable! I have never been disappointed by Toyota (yet).

I just realised I haven't properly welcommed 'Glenn'....., so: Hi there Glenn!

Now, the main reason for posting is that I also became a proud Toyota owner yesterday.
The spottermobile Ford Escort model 1996 suddenly just died on me, and I had to get a new one, fast.

To make a one week long story short, I went to the car dealer yesterday evening and picked up my "new" Toyota Auris model 2010
    (Pictures later).

I was in sick bay yesterday, but I would be very sick if I couldn't pick up a new car

The thing I so admire about this image is that it goes beyond just “photo of your ride” or even stylish and accomplished “advertisement image for Toyota’s Hilux”. It is like a portrait, and I spent ages trying to grasp why it somehow captures the vehicle's individual personality, so to speak. I think it is to do with subtle sense and use of light and angle.

    Hi Glenn!

Thanks Ralf for adding those AMAZING Rinspeed photos... that is one cool Smart car conversion!

Lady E, are you watching this?

You could go into becoming a "truck-lady-kinda-thingy"... imagine a whole fleet of pink Smart-car-trucks as these on the roads criss-crossing the States!

Those who follow Lady E.'s blog on Maisoncourouge.com will have noticed that she opened a freight line Tenille - Shreveport with her Smart.

To increase the business it will be necessary to improve the "car's" transport capacity. She should get in contact with Rinspeed in Switzerland. They designed a docking unit last year. (all following pictures by Rinspeed)

Instead of this our captain could start his ferry, pick up the Highway Cruiser in Rotterdam and hop over to help out a bit...

Thank you all... I love this truck/car (yes, Lady E, a man loves his truck..... ) ....

It's really huge because it has been modified and raised a full 8 centimeters!

At last!…the Official Photos and Introducing of Glenn…at least for those who hadn’t picked up on this at the time, in your videos and such! It seems ages since you told me his name. I hope you’ve sold Åge, or if not that you very very very soon will.

Holy smoke, Glenn's a real beast for a car! Or is it a truck? Whatever...
