On the way back from More on December 22nd 2008, we stopped for some dinner not far from Verdal. On the parking lot we came across this brand new Mercedes of a waste-truck belonging to Inherred Renhold:

Very nice solutions for the driver on that truck. By using a bus-door, the driver need not jump down and climb up in a conventional way, so I guess he/she will have less trouble with knees, hips, back and so on...., usual trouble-areas to a truck driver....

Driver-ergonomy...., I belive it's called in modern truck design

As I drove around looking for ships to picture today, I also spotted a truck/lorry as I passed a building at speed.
I turned around, drove the somewhat hidden road, and found a beauty (at least it can be restored to be such), a Volvo 465

I've been a passenger in such type of buses, because the bus-company in Bergen had several electrical powered buses in the 60- and 70's..., just like these.
Do they still have them, or have all the buses in Bergen converted to diesel and LNG...?
