The images keep on coming, aren't they?

Here is Fjordcruise, an older HSC, at Bodø at 2 in the morning when we returned from a charter to Lofoten with Skogøy.... not sure which name she started her life under, but if my memory serves me correct, she was a HSC belonging to Saltens Damskipsselskap (steamship company).

Typical Fjellstrand type HSC from 1980/90s. Some built at their yard here in S'pore and some under license at other yards, I believe.
Quite a few on the HK-Macau run earlier.

For anyone a little interested in Norwegian HSC history, this Norwegian book might be a good idea to obtain. It's about the story of Saltens Steamship company in Bodø and contains many listings and information on their fleet up through the years, also including a listing of all their HSC crafts from the first to the last.

Looks like "Mexico" originally were built as "Mexico" back in 1986 at Fjellstrand AS

There are two things I find "strange" with the Mexico... the high amount of smaller liferafts, which would take a lot of manpower in an emergency, and the satellite dome.
