A short drive during lunchtime today gave me the new "Maersk Nomad" at the new dock down at Vestbase.
Oh, and standing 8 meters from the bow, I just had to take the picture; "J-O View"

Well..., never seen it myself and I belive it's her first time in Kristiansund, but I must say maybe "new" was a too strong word then. She was delivered in 2009.(New you say… doesn’t take long to wear off that nice blue paint does it!)
I suspect the paint has been torn off due to the use of anchor.
"Maersk Nomad" is danish as anything for all interested in shipping, but a small detail; she sail under canadian flag...
Yes, the sight was impressive, because I have never been down to that brand new dock, and I only discovered there was a ro-ro dock when I came down there.
If I had left my car and walked down the ro-ro dock, I would have had the Nomads bow top almost over my head.
