My walk to Våttakammen and Geitfjellet (Trondheim)

A few days ago, a strenous walk to the top of Våttakailln and Geitfjellet mountain to see the city. A steep 3 kilometer walk, each way... these are the trip images:

    Now, this is nice!

    #3:1 Christian Radich at Pirbadet?
#6:1 & #6:2, great apperance, looks like a painting. A photoshop filter or? A very nice touch to keep the walkway sharp.
#7:1 Freash cloudberries are great, but shouldn't they be a bit more yellowish to be tasty?
#8:1 I can almost not see any urban tracks in this photo, looks like you very out in the wilderness.
#10:1 a very nice composition with the plants, and a cool unsharpness too
#11:1 and Christian Radich (?) is gone!?

Yes, Christian Radich relocated to the cruiseship dock to take on passengers before setting sail at 4PM. (See the sailship thread for those images!).

    Very much wilderness....

Photo-effect... a birthday gift from my professional photographer friends in Thailand: a one-year membership in Adobe Creative Cloud, giving me access to all the BEST Adobe programs... including the extended Photoshop CS6 version and so many other cool, full programs worth tens of thousands of money!

Thank you very much for the very kind comments, Tommi.

What a wonderful walk…what a glorious day….what a viewpoint….and the answers to so many questions!

I was already intrigued by the “different” views of the city, having happened to look at the thread with the photos of Christian Radich first. And here’s more, rivalling my helicopter trip! Love the one with Tyholt tower and the light on the field beyond. Here are the cloudberries. And naturally my monopoly purchase!!!!!

So this is your dream forest which had already fascinated me and drew me into its world….

What a great gift from your dear Thai friends, and I know just how happy they will be to already see your creativity, and your images will inspire them in return.

What i great walk you must have had! What great surroundigs you have there, and the view over Trondheim...., wow!!!

I admire your photography alot, as you know, and must say you are a source of much inspiration.

In post #3 image 1, I spot the former Fjord1 MRF car ferry MIDØY in the near to dead center of the picture.

Would be great to see closer images of that vessel, if you get a chanse one day. I remember using her when she was brand new and sailed the Kristiansund harbour-Tømmervåg stretch in the 1970s.

Very humbly, thank you so very much for the kind words S!

Midøy has actually changed her name now: she is registrered as "Skoleskipet Midøy" now. (Will see what I can do for you!)
