I thought we already had a trhead covering the Panama Canal expansion, but after searching, I could not find it. Therefore, I open a new thread to talk about it and to share thoughts on the giant expansion.

I would like to open the thread with some lectures for all interested: a PDF format Canal Expansion Proposal.
