Thank you so much for posting that Majaorca100, she looks magnificent. That photo shows her in all her glory. I think i can safely say that there is nothing afloat these days that can compare to her. I doubt we will ever see such a fantastic, sleek and stylish liner like this again. Your photo brings home to me again just what we have lost. Just still so hard to believe she is no longer with us. I wish she could have been preserved in the condition that we see her in your photo - no ugly top deck, just looking as sleek as the day she was launched. Thank you again for posting such a great photo of her.

Now that's a photo, if I ever get an invite to have a cup made for free again, I'm using that photo. It's beautiful Thank you for posting it.
sigpicI will never forget the lovely grand SS NORWAY.
            Past Cruises on her: August 22, 1992. June 4, 1994, April 7, 2002.
Nearly had our fourth cruise, it was set for November 7, 2003...
the boiler room disaster of May 4, 2003 took her out of service.
We ended up on the NORWEGIAN WIND, not the same as the SS NORWAY

The top one will never be forgotten while I don't even know the name of the bottom one.

                    Or:

To the top one a maritime cruelty has been commited while the bottom is one itself.

I love those older shots before the extra deck was added. She had very long, low, ***y lines.
