The "Near Geiranger"-photo is a picture perfect postcard view!

What a beautiful day it must have been on board!

Walking in the shadow of the blues

Really good feeling to see one of my favourite ships at such a time and place. Seeing her against those mountains in the first image is a truly magical moment, and the "star with christmas tree shape" lights never looked better. In the second there's something about the mountains and those clouds which sets off the purple-blue lighting on the ship nicely. And in the last photo I liked looking at the different colours of light in the various windows and cosy cabins.

458/2 for me - the colours are wonderful. Also hides TF's rather less attractive bits! She just looks warm and welcoming.
          Cheers,

          Mark.

Awesome three-in-a-row! That's what I call a good ship day!

That wasn't this week was it?! Currently posting from Trollfjord heading for Bergen.

"Trollfjord" upon arrival in Bodø, photographed from the car ferry "Værøy". The HSC "Skogøy" is partly hidden behind our bow visor, and our sister ferry "Landegode" is seen further back.

                          Nice shots.

Number 468/2 is the one which stands out the most in my opinion.

Do you have any more of Skogøy, please do feel more than welcome to share.

As far as you can read in the newspapers, his new house is at the opposite side of "Tahiti", at the southern shore. I don't know about old houses though.
