Yesterday in German TV: "A man, a fjord", a German comedy about a lottery junkie who wins a cottage at a Norwegian fjord. About 50% of the movie plays aboard Polarlys.

Polarlys alone in Rørvik tonight... According to the schedule, she should be joined by Trollfjord, but she hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone know of any reason?

"Trollfjord" is docked in Harstad and have cancelled her south bound route. They have some technical problem with the propeller system. They hope they will be in route from Bergen 16.03.2009

Thank you so much for that: their website has not made any mention of this as of yet. Not to weer too far off subject, but I hope Kong Harald is in route because I'm due to sail her from Rørvik to Trondheim tomorrow night.

"Polarlys" arrived in Kristiansund on her southbound voyage just 15 minutes late this afternoon.

Beautiful images Sterkoder: love the clear bright white superstructure: she looks sparkling without having her details being washed out!

                  New camera? Photoshop?

And this was Polarlys at Rørvik, just 30 minutes ago, sharing the dock with local freighter Folla since there was no southbound Hurtigrute tonight.
