        Egg and bacon? Oh no! (local speciality up north? I my parts of the kingdom patent is karbonade (untranslatable) and speilegg (fried egg) up top.

          Sitting here looking at older posts, among them my own from last years summer. I wonder, does anyone have, or know of where, pictures of the shoreing of FINNMARKEN can be seen???

              Finnmarken - once the pride of the coast. Now looking like a barn. What a sad sight! She should be conserved in a big glass building...

            Some links in Norwegian about the museum.

            They really need to get funds for putting a roof over the ship now - I'm a bit ashamed that the Norwegian government first promised funds, then withdrew their promise.
