Wonderful collection of photos from today, asimut (and on Richard With's thread too).
So much to see in Tromso compared with Leith last Thursday when the Scottish Branch of CV met to chat over a coffee (and some very large slices of sponge cake!).
It was a windy day and remarkably choppy even within the enclosed Western Harbour where I photographed AS Scotia. I'll be back in Leith tomorrow to see Fram.

Nothing much happening in Kristiansund this afternoon. Here's an image of the live fish carrier "Hedda" loaded to capasity entering our harbour to dock at Storkaia.

What is up with Svartfoss: she looks unusually heavy forward and almost like a bent banana?

Can't remember who, but I'm sure some member here wrote something about that a while back.
The forward trim of "Svartfoss" (and all the Eimships vessels for that matter) is quite normal.
As I recall, and correct me if I'm wrong, this is how they like to sail the ships and it is the best trim for the design....

But does it look normal...? NO WAY!!!!

AS Scotia was also on Fram's webcam this morning as she waiting in the locks at Leith. I see she's docked at the side so you'll get some good photos from Ocean Terminal today but I can't see you getting any pix with Britannia?

"Chemstar Eagle" came in late yesterday evening. Here she's seen docked at Kristiansund Fiskeriterminal (Fishery terminal).

"Chemstar Eagle" further up here from a couple of days back, got visit from a bit smaller tanker early friday morning; "Brøvig Vindur"

Russian trawler "Rybachiy" moored at Sterkoder Shipyard this morning. Yesterday saw a crewchange on board that vessel, resulting in a Boeing 737 from Aeroflot Nord at Kvernberget airport. (Nope..., I went to bed early).

"Acergy Falcon" moored at Vestbase at 07:45 AM today

Today I took some new one in intense sunlight at 07:45 AM before job start.
I took these pictures from dock #9 down at Vestbase
