Now there's a ferry i have travelled on many times - ST.Cecilia. And coincidentally i way well be travelling onboard her this coming weekend on my way to the Isle of Wight for a weeks break with family. Nice to see such a familiar vessel show her face here on CV. I look forward to any photos you may have taken of her. She is one of four sisters - St Cecilia, St Faith, St Helen, and the St Catherine, the latter was sold last year to a Southern Europe company. I posted a couple of photos of one of the sisters 'St Faith' in the car ferry thread a couple of years ago. Here. If it is the St Cecilia i travel on this weekend, i will take some photos.

Anyway, hope you have a great trip Cecilia, enjoy!

Saw here checking in at Gowalla today: apparently, the whole dock was lined with Norwegian flags today.

According to Marinetraffic, Lady C is still in CPH right now.

Right now MV Discovery is passing the Swedish island Oeland. She will overtake the tanker LS Concorde while she will be overtaken by the Tallink ferry Superfast VIII. There is a lot of traffic in the Baltic Sea. Could be an interesting sea day for shipspotters with a huge tele lens...
Sunny weather, again 14°C. She shall arrive tomorrow morning at 7.30 in Stockholm, but i expect her to be there earlier.

Discovery is hiding herself behind a building, so i will post no webcamera picture here.

            But have a look here:

Again fair weather! Some clouds, but dry at 15°C. Nice for travelling and walking around! No sweat, no sunburn!

Not an expert in the stalking-departement, but anyway, after what I hope was a nice day in Stockholm with thousands of photo motifs, "Discovery" is now in the narrowest straight between Rindø and Stenslätten.
              Have a further happy voyage!!!

Hey, i did the last update this morning!!! But you can have a look here, the camera also shows the Discovery. Maybe another one is keaner than me...

I wonder, what they will do today. I made such a lot of proposals, that i am feeling at home there - but this only based on vitual visits.

Lady C is in Russia... hope she makes the trip to the Hermitage to be blown away by the amount of art there.

Seagull is at sea today. She is passing now Gotland. The weather forecast for Warnemünde is nice for tomorrow. Dry weather, more than 12 hours sunshine, wind 3-4 from west and temperatures about 12-15°C. She will have a nice day tomorrow and again i am curious, which program she will choose.

Very quick hello from me in between a brewery visit and going up the lighthouse!
Thrilled that you have all been following MV Discovery...
And yes Captain, I did have an amazing three hours or so in the Hermitage...I also was thinking about you in Tallinn where the spire of St Olav's was a guiding landmark for finding the way back to the ship.

                          SO MANY PHOTOS'!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an appointment this evening, so i am not able to follow. But if someone is sitting in front of his computer between 8.30 and 9.00 p.m. this evening, have a look at this webcam:

                            http://www.der-warnemuender.de/webcamhotelneptun.html

Discovery is scheduled for 8.30 departure and will pass then this webcam.

Tomorrow is stalker day, as Discovery will go through the Kiel Canal.
We can see her then on eight different webcams:

                            http://www.tourist-information.de/tr...l/webcams.html

They announced her for the early morning hours, maybe too early at Kiel-Holtenau for us, but the crossing lasts 7 1/2 hours. Will we catch her?

8.30 and Discovery has passed already most webcams at the Kiel Canal. She will soon cross the highway bridge A23. I hope to catch her at Brunsbuettel lock.

According to the time stamps on Marinetraffic she passed Rendsburg about 6.30 and entered the canal in Holtenau at 04.00 in the morning! This is early, indeed. But i am sure, Seagull was awake and standing outside even in Holtenau! By the way, the time stamp is 3 hours back (wrong time zone?), but is correct. According to that she left Warnemuende one hour later than scheduled.

Rendsburg webcam has an arcive, but i am not able to copy pictures from there. But you can watch her passingy by, just play the time lapse of 26th May. She passes at exactly 6.30.

Shortly after noon Discovery passed the Brunsbüttel lock and will head now to Portsmouth. Tomorrow Seagull will have a sea day again and arrive on Saturday morning. Here you can see her at the exit of the Kiel Canal:
