The brand new Magic Mouse by Apple

The brand new Magic Mouse by Apple

Wanted to invest in the new cordless Magic Mouse at the Apple shop today...

But they are out... and there is a WAITING LIST!! And the list is long....

I'm at the bottom of the list, so hopefully, I'll get hold of a Magic mouse some time in the indefinite future...

How much is the retail over there?

They had no idea what the expected delivery time would be here. Apple apparently underestimated the popularity of their new mouse, and was taken back by a 17 times larger market.

send me an email if you want me to order it!!! It would take a couple of days to get to me...then a couple of WEEKS to you..

(BTW, to gripe a little bit...why does the US Postal Service say it takes 5-8 business days to get to Norway.....and the last stuff I sent you took three weeks????????? Grrrrrr I sent it 18 Dec and you said you picked it up 8 Jan....that's 16 working days!!!!! Might need to try Fed X or UPS next time....)

YEAAAYYY.... a friend of mine which had ordered one of these, cancelled his order and gave the order away to me!

That meant, I had the opportunity to pick up my Magic Mouse today... and it is as awesome as I thought it would be. I love working with it: it's superb!!!

I love this contraption! It's the best mouse I have ever handled! Really! Honestly, it's really great!

No buttons.... but it's got all the functions and it's fantastic to not have the cord (tale) attached to it. This is simply the greatest mouse I could imagine.

Now, when I look at the old mouse sitting besides me at the table, I'm thinking, it's outdated!

How so you scroll with it? The scrolling wheel is one of my most used functions?

It's touch sensitive.... just slide you finger lightly across the mouse back, and the pages fly up - or down - or sideways! It's so much more comfortable than the old type with a scroll-ball.

Will it grow, if you are touching it slightly ???

Touch sensitive --- awesome, could not have clear mind in front of my computer if this also would begin to move in my hand...

How is your new mouse as far as battery usage? Apple's early bluetooth devices were hard on batteries and drained them quickly. If anyone else has purchased and used this mouse, I would appreciate the input. Thanks!
