    Bloodcurdlingly colourful!
But I’m getting distracted here …I seem to have totally missed seeing the photos of the previous production and a huge favourite of mine – Pippi Longstocking! I’ve got the urge to look out my CD right away and sing along to photo #39/6.
(Ahhhh, of course - that’s how I missed it …4th May – I was aboard Fram in Cobh, Ireland. Coincidently as far as I’ve got in that trip report! )

A very accomplished production, Tommi. The atmosphere grips you right from the first image. What always impresses me in the series you have shown is the whole-hearted dedication shown by the actors, they are completely immersed in their roles and, moreover, enjoying themselves.

              Some pictures from the show:

              I also designed the "hearts"-background.

And also this background image with the irons.

I have also painted a lot of these cubes.

A very Photoshopped door. It's actually made of a picture of a wooden pier...

              And also photographed this fire.

Another great production, by the looks of it. That final photo is just glorious!

They can be happy to have such an enganged and professional assistant. Looks like good work - on all fields: light&sound, photography, stage scenery. Wow!!!

The next production in Strängnäs was "When the Robbers Came to Cardamom Town" (orig. "Folk og røvere i Kardemomme by").
The act was completely staged by some very talented local kids.

New to me too. Simply wonderful photography as always Tommi. And I have a soft spot for the tired lion!

It's probably the most famous Norwegian childrens book/play?

I found some video clips that I recorded during the winter.

                          Sound engineer at work:

Sorry about the lousy sound, it was recorded with the built in microphone of the camera. Small adjustments are always needed during the show.

                          The grand final:
