WAOW... beautiful flowers and beautifully captured.

Nature is one amazing thing, ain't it?

There is something very "jurassic" with these flowers I feel.

That doesn't look bad at all, beautifully light texture. Is (or was!) it mint flavour,Thijs?

Pandan Cakes are popular in Indonesia and Malaysia. The green colour comes from Pandan leafs from a local plant.

Just been Wiki-ing Pandanus. Every part of the plant seems to be used for almost everything, food, ornament, textiles, medicine.... I've not come across it over here but it's probably on a shop shelf somewhere. Very interesting.
                    Many thanks, Thijs and Ombugge.

At the rate I eat cake it would last me months, Thijs. But when I next go to a supermarket (which is not often) I'll watch for anything else that contains Pandan. Never buy ready-meals but there may be a packet of loose ingredients for making something savoury, though. So long as it's quick - the less time I waste on cooking the better - I'm the world's plainest of plain cooks.

Oh, WOW, Thijs...that looks yummy yummy yummy.

Anna-Grace (AJ's girlfriend) makes the most amazing key lime cake... just this color. Lots of lime zest and then drizzles it with this thin icing that soaks into the cake............ it's SOOO good.

even on the ''mountain top'' cars, that there is hardly a place to find.

and on that top there is always someone who has a tiny di.. and a big lens
