Is that the roof sagging down there? Or is it my usual poor eyesight?

Here is our abandoned Rowing Club, it's been like this for about 10-12 years. They can't demolish it because of a preservation order on it. A building of some 500 years deserves a lot more respect than just leaving it like this.

Not completely abandoned.... now occupied by some skaters and a lot of empty space full of dust. This is the former tram shed in Trondheim at Ila.... the tram lines are gone, some of the trams only exist in museum, but their service building still stands.

Why this little beauty is empty and left abandoned is beyond me. It is the old Mill that has been converted into a house. Lovely... I'd buy it if I had the dosh for it!!

That house is perfect. Put a dome on top to protect the telescope...

It's been empty for a while I think, but you get a stunning view out over the river which is just below it. I wouldn't like to guess what they want for this!

Here is the view Pilotdane what you get for your money should you wish to buy it. My wife stated "I want it now"!

On top of the jetty, which was unsafe to say the least!

The two round windows looks like two small eyes, and the square window looks like an offset skeptical mouth.

What a charming-looking house. I wish I knew what it looked like when It was first built!! It still looks sturdy, though...
I can almost see crisp white lace curtains behind the windows...and boxes full of summer flowers spilling over along the windows.....

Intriguing image and interesting house... first glance made me think of the plains in the United States... then, naturally, it's probably in Norway.

Was this house located far up in the mountain and was it connected with some other farm buildings? I love places like these: there is so much history and so many stories which we can only fantasize about, connected to the buildings. First of all, building them probably took a lot of manpower, secondly, many people have spent countless days living in them..... there is certainly many stories behind.... I'm curious...
