  • Testing my new TAMRON 90mm f/2.8 Macro lense

Tonight it rained so much and I was so bored by the weather that I desided to take some indoor test pictures with a lense I have yet to use.

    My Pentax 18-55mm f/3.5

      Thanks!
And I've also started to experiment a bit with the different focus-points in the Pentax.
I have the possibility to choose all 11 in a 11-point auto modus, 1 in the center, 1 that I can move around to each of the 11 positions or 5 in the center section of the viewfinder.
I clearly see a difference when using a macro lense.
I see now that the 11 points used in 11-point auto might be too much. But I have to experiment more with ordinary lenses.

Hm...., now I see something is wrong. Some of my macro images are missing.
        Beats me what happened.
Anyway, here are the rest, and I start with a Boeing model 377 Startocruiser.
This model I belive I got from a Lidl shop when we got that here

A belt buckle I got from CAF when they were stationed at Harlingen, Texas

        A hurtigruten "Lofoten" pin

        And of course our "Shtandart"

I can almost believe the propellers are moving and that Boeing is taking off. So good I can hear it!
Love the pins. You know, you could sneak that Lofoten in with pakarang’s photos and I’m sure he’d believe he’d taken it himself!!!!!

Brilliant Sterkoder: so the rains reached you as well?

As a friend of mine says, you know you are addicted to photography when you start taking pictures in your home (indoors) at rainy days... .

I like the aircraft model... is that an actual airliner?

I would also like to say that I like the way you have captured the Standhart - pin... the focus is spot on!

PS: And you have also managed to compose a great shot of the old oil lamp.

If you have folde ron your computer with your "favourite shots", then the oil lamp should be in that folder!
