I wonder; if you are in a hurry, you grab your gear and run out to your car, you drive like a madman to catch up with the ship, you rush out of your car with your camera high and ready, you grab the other lens - and there you stand with your coffee cup in your hand. What would you say, then...?

(No, thank you, no such gadget for me...)
        Regards; Sigve.

If you search Ebay in The United States there are many listings for the Canon Lens mugs. I keep hoping my wife will get me one as a surprise gift.

I see that most of the mugs in the above e-bay link are located in Hong Kong or China.

Are these safe places to order from?

I mean postage-wise, payment-wise and so... anyone with any experiences?

and a lot of fun, when you go to a coffeeshop (a real one,not a amsterdam one) unscrew (if possible) the mug from your camera and say, fill this up please.
                  best regards Thijs

I have ordered a few camera batteries and cell phone accessories from these vendors (to USA) with no issues.

Searching for these awesome cups today, I came across this website:

                      http://www.canonmugs.com/

They seem to be selling them as well, though, some of the models does look a lot less detailed than some of those that are presented on e-bay from China and Hong Kong.

I really hope Santa Claus is following this thread. A lens mug would fit perfectly in my stocking.

If it doesn't fit my stocking, I will gladly put up a bigger stocking for Mr/Mrs Santa....

Curious to hear if it was as cool as I expect the product to be? Was it real-looking and is it a drinkable cup...(well, actually, I wouldn´t care if it´s drinkable or not, because it´s just too cool anyway... ).
