    [Testing a lens] Canon FISHEYE LENS EF 15mm 1:2,8

    When we in the future have a lot more photographers in our ranks, I hope we will have a lot more lens-tester-threads. They give an insight in what you can do with the different lenses.

    This thread is made to house some of my favorite shots done with Canon's special purpose fish-eye lens. I bought the lens back in the very early 90's (I would say some 18 years ago) and back then the price of the lens was 800US. I still recall the day I bought it at Boolchands electronic store in Philippsburg, Saint Maarten (a favorite electronics shop for cruise ship crew back then).

    I feel that it is sometimes difficult to get a good image from this lens because of light, distortion and other reasons, but this one, taken at Trondheim Port, I'm happy with:
