Status Quo - Down Down.... Apparently told that when I was in my younger days Francis Rossi was my double???? Heaven help him!
Jeez what a mis-spent youth I had! Glad I'm still here to tell about it.

Just had to post a reply to Quo's Down Down!

I have always liked the Quo, and back in 1984 i went to my first ever live concert - it was Status Quo's very first farewell concert at Crystal Palace. Strangely enough, 25 years after that first farewell tour they are still going strong!

Here is one of their very early hits - Living on an island. A rare video for this track, sadly embedding of the video is not allowed.

Excellent video Steve. I think I'm amongst many who bought the original 12 Gold Bars album. I still love listening to that album 29 years on.

Newly remastered Beatles CDs....Sgt. Pepper's precisely. I thought it might be hype, but bought one to see. AMAZING. Really really amazing. Spent the 2 hour drive from Atlanta to Tennille yesterday going back and forth from remastered CD to line-in-ipod of standard version...then, to make sure it wasn't just the ipod mp3, we listened to them side by side, both CD's- when we got home. WOW. All I can say. That and I know what Alan is getting for Christmas, now..........
