          A nice walk out today..... it looks like the spring is approaching, but I know it's too early-

          I find this dams and locks quite interesting, and I think for people living there, though they are used to to it... it must be sometimes like living on the edge.

          Impressive how this country is resisting raising seawater.

            This was from last weekend. Before the water reached the highest point.
            This has to do from rain and melting water from Germany comming downstream.

          I've not been on CVF for a few days - online but busy with the Ancestry site where I work on my family tree. So I have missed all the Thijs activity! The photos of the floods at Woerkum give an excellent picture of the water coming down from Germany, and with still more to come, as the pics. were taken several days before the highest level was anticipated. It's strange looking at the flooding and knowing how it is normally, as when we were walking about in that area.
