    tried to race for it,but no luck.he didnt know which direction they sail in.
    making images of the high waterlevel,camera batteries flat as flat can be.
    so no use for visiting the old junkyard called woerkum anymore,
    the only thing that is worth a visit, is gone.
    bomb that stupid city that wont gave a cent to behold her.

      Woerkum is yours and Henny's and now mine, too. You can go there still, Thijs, old dear.
      But I understand. It is heartbreaking that she has to leave the country, that no-one local cared.

        did make a little walk thru that DOOMED city,DOOMED were you all, inhabitants of Woerkum.
        the river is a little higher,but not so much that they had make a flood wall,water level is dropping again.

            Thijs, these are very lovely pictures, I see the salmon fishers have been out. #379 in particular is a delight to see, so well composed.

                    no patients today for docter Tinus,but then again it was sunday.

                    upcoming wednesday they are dooing a rerun of the series and over some weeks it wil be broadcast on the belgium tv.

                            Got to come back and study these again later, the floods certainly are bad. Really good photos, Thijs - I'm right back there again!
                            With my DVD's I'm not bothered about the re-run of Dr. Tinus, and perhaps they will soon follow with the second series. Yippee!

                                those stupid people of Woerkum had a few nice days and they leave the beach like this.
