so it's not " healthy" water
    best regards Thijs

Uhmm.... it's drinking water, perhaps cold, so in works in cooling whatever is in those bottles(?).

Location: I think we are in Germany somewhere.

Thijs is right, from his point of view and from the doctors side, there is no healthy water inside the bottles.
So no replacement for the water in the well which is marked in German (Yes, J-O) as "no drinking water", which is mostly a juristic necessarity, especially, if the well is located on private ground.
So, how could such a place be called in Germany? What is inside the bottles, has an international, but German name.

Do the bottles contain carbonated water for making a spritzer?

            Jägermeister factory Wolfenbüttel.
international but German name, and should be drinked when it' ice cold. Mountain water can be cold.
but it's just a guess from a non alcoholic drinking truckdriver.LOL
            best regards Thijs

No carbonated water. But a good idea. In fact there are similar places, where you can find wine bottles. But they make no "Spritzer" or "Schorle" there.
Here we have different liquids in the bottles, but Jägermeister is none of them! It is also not Wolfenbüttel. You are getting closer.

Is it a Schnapsbrunnen (in self service) in the black forrest?

                Maybe in Sasbachwalden.

Great, Yves! We call that "Schnapsbrunnen" and it is a nice find on a walking trail. Yes, it is self service and there is a can or box, where you can put your money in. This one is related to a shop and it is in the middle of the village "Sasbachwalden" in the Black forest, where they produce a lot of various fruit brandy, and so you can have a cool taste. Others are at a nice waypoint in the middle of nowhere. If we are planning a walk with a group, we are always happy to find one. There is always a big "Hallo!", if there is a Schnapsbrunnen on the way. We will experience that next Saturday again, when we will lead a group on a walk nearby in Bühl-Eisental. We like to go there in springtime, because spring is arriving first in this area, while on the top of the mountains there is often still snow.

By the way, a wonderful article in that journal!

                    Over to you, Yves.

Nice, Ralf. An Opportunity to go for a stroll…..with moderation! Have a nice trip.

Now, a little variation in this thread. The question is not what place is it but WHAT is this?

One of the logos belongs to a well known French technology company. The other, if I'm not mistaken, is that of the French Rugby Union?

(For those of you who may not be familiar with the concept, rugby is a game played by gentlemen with odd shaped balls).
                      Cheers,

"Rugby is a ruffian's game played by gentlemen" (attributed to Churchill).

You are on the way Mark. Thales is right as well as rugby. The question is : what is the link between this distinguished company and the ruffians?

A game played by gentlemen who try to completely flatten their already odd-shaped ball by spending most of their time lying in a heap on top of it.

It could be a good mean for our French rugby team to finelly win a match.

                      No try?
OK. The rugby game is practiced by two kinds of players. The three-quarters (the artists!) and the forward line (built as a tank!). This robot is used by forwards to prepare themselves for a specific action of the game.

Is it a kind of scrum trainer?
You see those things in movies too, but then they are more a kind of a sledge were the push at.

Spot on Thijs. It is a scrum simulator developped by Thalès indusrty. At the beginning it was a project of research to study the dangers of a scrum ( neck injuries…) but it is now used as a training tool. Looking at the French results since few years, I am not sure it was a good idea!
