No credit for it.In 1977 I stayed in a farm near Myvatn where the owners made their bread in this way.Tasting it, I wouldn't say it's better than a "normal bread".But it's an experience.
Accordind to this report your picture was taken near Krafla,Ralf.

No, not quite there, but I like the way you are thinking. It is very likely that none of you, my friends, have ever been there.

So far, ombugge has been the person closest to a solution....

If you were to come to my rescue, you would not only find me here, but also one of the world's largest gold-reserves here. More gold than what you would find in FORT KNOX.

The Federal Reserve Bank’s gold stash is almost 50 percent larger than that the one at Fort Knox—currently about 212 ounces of gold bars, valued at around $170 billion. That would be over half a million 27-pound gold bars weighing a combined total of almost 7,000 tons. Each bar itself is worth about $320,000. The vault is open to the public and there are regular tours.

                      YES.

You came to my rescue, ombugge. You set me free by coming to the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK.

                      Your turn!

The 1316 above the entry presumably is the street number. I would suggest South East Asia. I have never been to any part of Asia so it is a whistle in the dark.

Chinese signs on the shop front.... but every decent city around the world have a China Town....

I'm going to make a wild guess: Phuket town on the island of Phuket?
