I was looking at your photo of Jurong West Anchorage yesterday and wondering if the puzzle pic. is of that, or somewhere nearby. But the fact that you mentioned it in your comment above probably means that it is somewhere else. Still, worth a go!

No not Jurong West Anchorage. Not that near, but not too far away either.

Does this picture show an harbour?
If yes the stakes in the foreground remind me a river.
Could it be Ho Chi Minh Ville?

A harbour of sorts, but not specifically known as one. Not HCM City, or near there.
The sticks is known as "fishing sticks" locally

Can't find an appropriate photo on the net.
But since you were there last week, I'd try Batam.

The post about Doulos gave it away, didn't it. Batam it is.
This is looking towards the shipyards at Tg. Uncang from Waterfront City, Marina. I have posted near identical picture earlier in some other thread. (Maybe sunsets?)

A beach in Wiltshire would certainly be obscure!!

              Try this one ...

A sculpture of horns somewhere in Lapland?

                  Comment

Finnmark, yes. Lapland, yes. Now would you like to be a little more specific?

Finnmark covers about 48,000 sq km. Lapland covers nearly 100,000 sq km!!

At random: Kautokeino since it is a breeding place for reindeers and can be on your way when you drive to Honningsvaag.

                        Kauto is fairly random!

                        No, not Kautokeino.

Think we should be able to identify a place, not just a town - otherwise it's too easy!

The sculpture is on the roof of the Sami Centre in Karasjok.

Spot on Ivy! Over to you again.

Not sure whether it was a mosquito, a horse fly or a flying horse that bit me when I was out taking those photos. Nice impressive lump on my neck only just going down now - obviously the local insects enjoy a bit of Englishman in an evening.
