We do indeed, but where are they when you need them???

No guesses about the plane? Come on, guys, which type/model of aircraft do we see here? It is the only key to solve the puzzle and it is not very hard. You all showed me such a lot of aircraft and aviation pictures so i thought this would be interesting for you?!

Is it a Cessna twin engine 3 bladed turboprop? I did think it might be the 441, but no.

I don't think so. Too short snout and too short in general.
Is there a French connection here, base on the tricolour strips?

I can confirm that it is no Cessna, and yes: in a certain way there is a French connection.

It is the Jacques Brel's plane. He piloted it when he lived in the Marquises Islands where another famous French artist died,Paul Gauguin.

Maybe this picture was taken in Tahiti before restauration and return to Hiva Oa.
Anyway it's a Twin Bonanza called "Jojo",name of Brel's best friend died few years before.
There is also a song called Jojo on the last Brel's record.

Bravo, Yves, you solved it. Your turn.

A chateau in France, that much seems clear. But where exactly? Is it one of the numerous in the Loire area or situated more North?

                        And yet,it's in Normandy!
I verified you can find pictures on the net but maybe by typing your research in French..
Anyway,a clue:this castle has a link with a writer, maybe more apriciated in America than in France.

                      It is Tocqueville Chateaux:

also http://chateaudetocqueville.com/en/ gives details of the writer Alexis de Tocqueville

Well done Ivy.It's the castle of the Tocqueville family. Each year the Tocqueville's price is dedicated to a philosopher and presented in the castle.

Amazingly, Tocqueville has a better reputation in Ango-Saxon countries than in France.

                        Looking forward to your next-cunning-puzzle.

Bravo, Ivy! I was searching with French keywords in Google, but this one is not listed in French Wikipedia as chateaux in Normandie.
I also tried location chateaux Normandie, because i also supposed that you can rent some appartments here, but this was a dead end.
