Sorry Ombugge. At first, by reflex I was looking for a"obscure beach in SE Asia!

My first thought was Ålesund, with Aksla in the background, but .... sorry, was too late. (Monaco was my guess, wrong anyhow...)
              Regards; Sigve.

It is Sainte-Mère-Église on the peninsula Contentin. The village is famous because of the D-day in worldwar II. American paratroops landed here and one of them (John Steele), got stuck to the peak of the tower.

I will post a quick one, because there is only one possibility tomorrow to look in here befory my holidays. But you will solve it, won't you?
Find the correct country, translate "farmhouse" into this language and search for the picture....

Sorry, that i did not wait for the confirmation of Yves, but i am 100% sure to have had the right solution and i leave in Easter Holiday NOW.
If you solve this puzzle, you will know quite exact the place where i am. If not, just throw in another puzzle because i am offline the next 10 days.

Could it be in Italy then. If I remember right you are heading Tuscany??
No research so I have no idea about the farmhouse and what it may be famous for.
Somebody else may want to search for that.

I tried fattorie or cantine in Toscana but can't find the solution.

The correct Italian word is "Fattoria", with this word i found the picture at google picture search very soon.
The picture was made by Rainer Pollmann.

The Fattoria La Vialla is near the village Castiglion Fibocchi, Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy. I will show something in an own thread.

But let's have a new try. Where is this?
