yesterday i went to the modelfair ,again.
to to pick up decals and in the hope to find 2 or even better 3 Renault Magnums.
didn't found them, but talk to a seller (which is also a container driver that i knew) and he wil look what he had in store at home.
today he phoned me he got 2 white ones,
Great, that is what i'm looking for.
and if i was at home he wil deliver them today.

on facebook another builder he had a model for someone for sale, and on the image i saw a Magnum,
so for foling around i said;if you want to sell that model, think at me.
right away he pm me back is in parts with broken mirrors ,but if you want it you can get it for a small price.
so got now 2 in the house and a third on it's way.

Yep, but you will find something sooner or later. I like those horns on the Jong-Graus truck in #396. You could do with those on the H.C.! Very smart.

today placed some decals on the models, the 2 lightboxes of the Volvo, and some lines on the green merc's and type numbers and fleetnumber.
but it went from bad to worst, stick 2 ,remove 1,so at the end nothing finished.

Frustrating. But at least you got some of it done.

got the third renault magnum this week, half broken up.

maybe only usefull for the parts, time will learn.

Hey, my sister just unearthed one of my best ever childhood Christmas presents. A Corgi Constructor Set GS/24.

You can put any of the four bodies onto either of the two cab units. Fantastic!!!!

The milkman, seat and milk crates are plastic but everything else is die-cast.

                            Scale is 1:43

Photo above is actually taken from the internet. My set is in much poorer condition having spent many years in a very damp shed.

                              a nice set Clipper,complete?
try to restore them, try to find the matching colors, get them apart and try to restore them, they are from your childhood.
if you do don't throw the plastic parts into the thinner

Thijs, yes my set is complete except for the printed cardboard lid, which rotted away.

I may consider restoration. The hardest thing will be disassembly and reassembly. These models were factory assembled and not made to be taken apart. They are riveted, not screwed.
