Arsenalen - The Swedish Military Vehicle Museum

For a couple of weeks ago my friends too me along for a visit at the Swedish military vehicle museum "Arsenalen", located a couple of kilometers outside Strängnäs. The museum was opened last spring by his majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf and it's main mission is to show the history of tanks, cars and other vehicles. The exhibition consist of about 70 vehicles. Since my visit there's also a display of tin miniature figures.
Since I'm not too much of a military nerd, I am not the right person to write comments of the different vehicles, so I let the pictures speak for themselves.

The finish on a Russian WW2 tank wasn't first priority.

          Back to the real stuff:

Oh, dear there seems to an accident!

Lucky that the tow-truck is on site.

              Dearest Tommi,

Thank you so very much for sharing this interesting thread here, and for sharing these creative and well shot images.

Nothing like a weekend walk in history in places such as these.
