Thought I’d better be nice to D because of all that extra shopping, so I volunteered to sort his laundry
out. It is really stupid having socks in various shades of the same colour because it takes ages to sort them into pairs.

Got to watch the Formula 1 racing on TV today. These Red Bull cars are similar colours to my sweater, but Aunt C likes the McLaren drivers too so I cheered for them very loudly.

This had a good effect on Lewis Hamilton, and as I had clearly been a big influence in helping him with all that cheering, I thought I should join in the podium ceremony.

I think this looks quite convincing….

….and I didn’t even get any champagne on my sweater!

The Formula 1 cars make a lot of noise and you need to protect your ears but with these I can hear the commentary at the same time!
That was so much fun that I’m a bit disappointed that I can’t go to the Singapore race with Aunt C, but she explained I’d had a very long vacation, though I really think it’s because Singapore is too close to Thailand and she thinks I might just change planes and get to Bangkok… and she says she’s responsible for getting me safely back to Norway.

Now she tells me she won’t be able to take me back to Trondheim and I’ll have to travel home by post!

Anyway, to make up for it she agreed I could fly to England and go to this conference with her! That is really cool! Of course I have already been to Heathrow airport with Aunt E, so I know my way around. Someone will meet us and take us by car to Reading University. I am really looking forward to it.

(Next instalment:- Lookchin travels to England and keeps an eye on the weather…)

Lookchin is the world's cutest bear - no doubt!

PS: Glad he wore protection (during the F1 races... )

Thank goodness for the sister in law.... what a horrific situation to end up in. Strangely, he's never talked about this experience.... maybe because wine was involved....

At least it's real milk. I've consistently tried explaining to him that cornflakes with Baileys is NOT like cornflakes with milk in the morning.

Great seeing Allan and Jospeh... they haven't aged a day since the last time I saw them! I wonder what kind of serum they take to stay timeless.

Ohhhh... noooo... the indoor pool is gone? When did that happen?

Lady E would have been a suitable replacement for the Queen there at the waterfall....
