It turned out that the path to the right was the one to the top of the hill. Now she says I mustnít go too far ahead because if we meet anyone taking a dog for a walk I will be picked up and carried immediately. I donít think she means the dog will carry me. Anyway I am more a cat bear than a dog bear. I asked if we would see any cats, but she said not on the hill. I later found out that they were all near the road-with-traffic. I wish there was a hole in Auntie Cís little rucksack so that I could see out when she insists on carrying me in it. I wonder where she put those scissors I was using yesterday.

Phew, itís getting really hot. Apparently Scotland isnít usually like this. I wonder how Aunt C would react if I were to take my sweater off and reveal my bear body?
Or should it be "bare body"? English language is so confusing Ė you can easily say the wrong thing by mistake.

Lookchin here - I saw what you said to Aunt C, but look Aunt E what I read about the day I walked up the hill and was feeling hot in my sweater:-
Scotland the new Med as temperatures set to sizzle
SCOTLAND will bask in Mediterranean weather this weekend, with temperatures higher than in Rome, Athens, or Istanbul.

Unfortunately it may get cooler in Edinburgh, just when I was intending to go skinny-dipping with my friend Berns the duck. , but, Auntie E, if it becomes hot in the Med I am going to sit and relax on our balcony without my sweater on.

This is a photo of me seen with Arthurís Seat in the background. (Thatís where Auntie C went on Norway Constitution Day, which I missed because of my travel delay.) I got so excited on the hill because I recognised other things too from Auntie Cís photos and it was so wonderful to be actually there!

Here I am at the place on her Day 141 photo.

The information point isnít quite at the summit, which is here at the trig point, with an aerial mast in the background.

But the most exciting place of all is the seat. Well there are actually two, but this is the one that was covered in snow on Day 131. Auntie C has kept one of the photos of me sitting on the seat that is a similar angle to the snow scene, and that is a possible sign that she might select it for her 365.

It does have lots of blue sky, and there werenít any clouds or anything else spectacular all day, so I am hoping for the best. I want to be in the 365 so much, but I wonít know until Tuesday. Iím going to be especially polite, well-behaved and appealing between now and then.
