      And specially like #44/2.
If you forget for a while that there is an airport ahead of the plane and this is not an approach to land, that picture is very cool and remind me of something I've always wanted to see or take part in, very low (but still safe) flying with a passenger airplane

        Re: Norway from the air.

I don't want to start a new thread for this, so because we see parts of Norway from the air in this video, I place it here.
Take note of 00:45 or was it 00:50 out in the video...., a fetish for us who enjoy looking at offshore vessels in heavy seas
You'll also see the huge sea crane "Saipem 7000" in action, and stunning images from Lysefjorden and Prekestolen.
So, here you are, sit back and watch:

            Re: Norway from the air.

I can never truly understand people who feel the need to walk up to the Prekestolen, and never can I understand that a sane person choose to sit down on the edge to eat their food and drink coffee.
But hey...., everyone has individual lust...., or like, or what you call it.

Isn't that Lepsøyrevet in the middle/background of the picture?

Yes, Lepsorevet in the far distance. You can even see the dredger working there, if you look closely.

Not me. I haven't got that eyes. But I take your word for it. They should be there, anyway.

The dredgers appears to have taken a break for the holidays.
Here they are at Flatholmen on 27.12.2011:

I dont travel much by plane, but I do have a couple of photos.

Could this be the island Landegode outside Bodø ?

                        Bodø Airport

Both of the pictures are from 2009
