It's actually the low sun which makes the shades of red stand out so much...

                        Those are three great captures....

Now the question will naturally be: who can positively identify the three places excatly...

                          I'll make a try.

1: The island Giske outside Aalesund

2: Haakonsvern Navy Base outside Bergen.

                          3: ???? No idea

Nr. 1 and 2 from Oistein must be correct, and I'll suggest a kilometer or two south of Aukland and the Setesdalsveien running through Strai Ytre north-west of Kristiansand for picture nr. 3

I believe that I have found the third place in Seagull's photos:

                              Strai Ytre, Northwest of Kristiansand.
Map and aerial view from "Gule Sider".

This image is rotated to look in nearly the same direction as the photo:

To get to this, I looked at the STAR (standard arrival routes) for ENCN - Kristiansand-Kjevik airport.
Looks as if the aeroplane flew a SOLSI 1G approach, and was on left base for runway 04.

                              edit:
I see that Sterkoder got the target before me, while I was doing research. Congratulations!

Last night I’d just been catching up on miscellaneous photos of aviation interest from my summer trip, and when I came to the photos from the air I naturally thought about identifying the places. But it was getting late in the evening, and so as I’d got the pictures ready for posting I just did that.

What a delight to wake up to this morning! Lots of enthusiastic posts and all my places pin-pointed!
Thank you all very much, and I’m sure you won’t mind me specially mentioning Nichu’s systematic method with those STAR standard arrival routes – I learnt other things from that as well as just the place identification.

What a CV team you all are So glad I got those window seats!
