Trondheim from a new angle: actually, I wish Trondheim city could build a view terrace up here and clean out some of the dead trees blocking the view, cause this is a fantastic location!

Strange thing; in the erlier days of my life (mind you, I did not say old days ;-) the christmases were all white. And very, that is.
I mean, we had loads of snow in wintertime before..., or do we only remember the great days where being a kid were fun...?
In my city it's nothing much snow to talk about, and when I visited Oslo a fortnight ago (own thread), there were only cold fog and asphalt around.
Anyways, a very nice and cosy old picture there, Jan-Olav. Thanks! :-)

              Good evening Sterkoder!

Yes, I had the exactly same thought when I saw this image. I also seem to remember pre-Christmas time to be a lot more decorated (in town), more exciting, more snow, and more "holy".

Now, it's just stress and concern.

But, it is always great to see old images such as this one.... brings back memories from a time which was slightly before my time, but which at the same time, feels a little more familiar.

Here are three "good-summer-time-feeling" images from the end of June.... no reward on offer for identifying that cruise ship in port:

That last image, it's one of my favorite dock-houses but I'm shocked to see the disrepair it's falling into. Kind of sad that there seems to be no effort at restoration.

A drone is undoubtedly a very useful gadget, and you deliver very nice, viewable and interesting images.
As for my self though...., I'll grow old and gray with my DSLR :-)

So enjoyable seeing this compilation of a year of flying, pakarang, and I liked it a lot – so many views I remember, some that were even more enjoyable at second viewing, and a few that I didn't recollect so well but have become favourite clips now in this context.

Never having done video myself, I am amazed by how something like this gets edited and put together. After watching "Trondhome" several times (and also remembering the work of others, and those that you have occasionally shared links to) I'm getting rather fascinated by what it is that in some cases more than others converts a compilation of snippets into one creative whole. This didn't entirely come together for me in that sense, whereas (not aerial views, but I'm thinking generally) I feel your absolute masterpiece to date is "Cha-Am". Maybe it’'s a ‘home’ thing.
